3544981 - Unified Data Model : No Jobs Displayed on Career Site - Recruiting Marketing

After enabling the Unified Data Model, no jobs are visible on the career site search results. When attempting to open a job using a direct link, the following message is displayed: "The system can't display the job at this time. Please try again later."

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Marketing

1. Navigate to the career site.
2. Observe that no jobs are displayed in the search results.
3. Try to open the job by copying the link from RCM.
4. See "The system can't display the job at this time. Please try again later." message.

There are two possible causes:

1. Configuration is incomplete.
2. Incorrect Deployment Data Center selected in Career Site Builder.

1. Locale mismatch between RCM and CSB
   
   For UDM, as the option "Limit Search by locale" is the default and cannot be disabled, there must therefore be a parity between the Job posting language and the navigation locale on the career site.
   
   For example : Jobs posted in RCM in English UK (En_GB) will only be visible when the site visitor has selected this locale in the locale selector and will not be visible if navigating under the English US (EN_US) locale for example or any other locale.
   
   From a configuration point of view, Recruiting languages in RCM and locales in CSB must always match.
   
   
2. Incorrect Deployment Data Center selected in Career Site Builder
   
   The Deployment Data Center configured under Career Site Builder > Settings > Site Integration must match the data center hosting the BizX environment. If a legacy or incorrect endpoint is selected, jobs will not appear on the career site after UDM is enabled.
   
   To correct this, navigate to Career Site Builder > Settings > Site Integration, select the data center that corresponds to your BizX environment, and save.
