Symptom
When you copy an existing Ticket to a new one, the field Work Description is not copied.
Environment
SAP Cloud for Customer
Reproducing the Issue
- Go to Service work center
- Go to Tickets view
- Open any Ticket
- Click on Copy
- On the newly created Ticket, the field Work Description is not copied.
Resolution
This is the current system behavior.
