3545022 - On Ticket Copy, Work Description Field is not Copied

Symptom

When you copy an existing Ticket to a new one, the field Work Description is not copied.

Environment

SAP Cloud for Customer

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Service work center
  2. Go to Tickets view
  3. Open any Ticket
  4. Click on Copy
  5. On the newly created Ticket, the field Work Description is not copied.

Resolution

This is the current system behavior.
