Symptom

User Search breadcrumb yields to There are no entities found. issue following a series of actions

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Learning Administration > People > Users
  2. Search for a user by entering a specific user ID (e.g. "sfadmin")
  3. Go to the User entity
  4. Go to programs tab > Assign a program via the + sign
  5. After successfully assigning the program, go back to search by clicking "User Search"
  6. Search for another specific user ID (e.g. "user1")
  7. Click on Search button
  8. "There are no entities found."

Cause

coding issue related to program workflows and search selectors

Resolution

Issue is resolved in 1H2025 Release
