in 2411, after disabling notifications for Channel Deletion, mail template "Delivery Status of Multiple Roles 1:1 Meeting Invitations" is disabled and greyed out.

SAP SuccessFactors Continuous Performance Management

1. Go to email template notification setting. Disable below mail templates, save changes.

• Channel Deletion Notification to Owners
• Channel Deletion or Move Notification to Participants
• Channel Deletion Notification to Administrators

2. Notice that delivery status mail "Delivery Status of Multiple Roles 1:1 Meeting Invitations" becomes disabled and greyed out.

3. Even enabling the three mail templates again, the delivery status mail "Delivery Status of Multiple Roles 1:1 Meeting Invitations" is still disabled and greyed out.

• Channel Deletion Notification to Owners
• Channel Deletion or Move Notification to Participants
• Channel Deletion Notification to Administrators

4. Can not enable "Delivery Status of Multiple Roles 1:1 Meeting Invitations" again.

This is a Known Issue.
