The search for the keyword 'admin' is not returning results related to 'administration'.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Marketing

1. Search for the keyword 'admin'.
2. No results related to 'administration' or 'administrative' are being returned.

1. The term 'admin' is a shorthand, not a stem/root for 'administration'. In the search logic, Stemming is a process of tracing back to the root or stem of a real word used as a search term and returning words with the same root. It does not recognize sections of words or the root itself as a basis for this logic. 
2. The Unified Data Model currently does not support fuzzy searches.

It is recommended to have an exact match in the job titles or job descriptions to have results returned when searching with 'admin'.

Additionally, the wildcard character asterisks 'admin*' can be used as search criteria to expand alternatives in the search results. However, please note that the Unified Data Model currently does not support wildcard characters.
