3545185 - Import only changed records greyed out even when there are records - Variable Pay

When trying to import only changed records to the Variable Pay program the field is greyed out even when there are already records.

1. Copy a Variable Pay template and selecting all checkboxes
2. In the copied template confirm that Employee Central records were copied
3. Go to import Employee History from Employee central
4. The "import only changed records" is greyed out

After the release, it was introduced that the field "import only changed records" will be greyed out when no records were importing. When cloning a template, that new program will be considered as new no full import job was ever run, so system will grey out that option.

Engineering team is reviewing on removing the greyed out of that feature entirely and this KBA will be updated when there is a date confirmed. In the meantime, as a workaround, run a full import when the template is cloned in order to be able to import only changed records.
