Symptom
System copy failed with SQL0204N error when granting privileges on tables.
e.g.

Found Error, error_codes[0] = <GRANT SELECT ON SAPABC.SVERS TO USER db2abc
DB21034E The command was processed as an SQL statement because it was not a
valid Command Line Processor command. During SQL processing it returned:
SQL0204N "SAPABC.SVERS" is an undefined name. SQLSTATE=42704>
