3545306 - Document which has partial TDS exemption and also have standard WHT does not have different WHT base amount and WHT amount

Symptom

If a document consumes the maintained threshold value and also TDS is getting calculated on the amount which is outside the threshold value then their is no split of the WHT base amount, WHT tax amount neither the document is bifurcated into two documents.
