3545318 - Short text field of Purchasing Info Record is not editable in ME12 - ERP and S/4HANA

Symptom

When changing a Purchasing Info Record in T-code ME12, the field "Short text" (EINA-TXZ01) is not editable in the General Data.

It is required to maintain this field. However, in the configuration path below, the configuration for the "Short Text" field is not found:
