Recruiting email tokens missing values in status triggered mail which gets triggered when candidate accepts offer (Status changed by the Rule for Offer letter)

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Sent an online offer letter to the candidate.
2. Candidate accepted the offer letter.
3. The candidate status was changed based on the 'Rule for Candidate Decisions on Offer Letter'.
4. The email associated with the application status was triggered, but the standard tokens such as [[JOB_REQ_TITLE]], ​[[HIRING_MGR_FULL_NAME]], ​[[LOCATION_OBJ]], ​[[LEGAL_ENTITY_OBJ]], ​[[DIVISION_OBJ]], ​[[BUSINESS_UNIT_OBJ]], ​[[DEPARTMENT_OBJ]] are not populating in the mail. 

This is a known issue.

This issue has already been reported and currently under investigation by our Engineering team.
