Symptom

  • The article provides you with troubleshooting steps for the mentioned error which occurs intermittently during 'execution' (not including screenshot related test cases) with Tosca.
  • Scenario1:

    This error occurs intermittently during various execution  for below scenarios. In these cases, you are not using 'dokusnapper' or 'screenshot related' test cases, however, the settings related to them is still in use.

    1. execution works via scratchbook but gives error in execution list.

    2. test cases once working fine are failing currently with the mentioned error.

    3. the error can occur for any test case/execution list at any point of time or at specific test case/EL.
