3545381 - Managers Not Receiving Monthly Birthday/Anniversary Notification Tiles on Latest Home Page after UTC migration

• Managers are not receiving Monthly Birthday and Anniversary notification tiles under the home page even though all Prerequisites for showing Birthday and Work Anniversary cards in latest Homepage were followed.
• The "Push Date of Birth and Anniversary Data for Cards on Latest Home Page (Monthly)" job is running successfully, but the monthly notification is not showing in "For you today" for Manager's home page.
• The push jobs in provisioning are running one-hour early or late.

SuccessFactors HCM Suite

1. Log in to the system with manager credentials.
2. Navigate to the home page.
3. Check the "For you today" section for Monthly Birthday/Anniversary notification tiles.

The push jobs in provisioning are running one-hour early. This discrepancy is due to the UTC migration (see SAP SuccessFactors is moving to Coordinated Univer... - SAP Community  for more information). As the UTC time is not adjusted for Daylight Saving Time, customers in time zones which use DST will find jobs running one-hour early or late when clock shifts.

As a result, the monthly job that is scheduled to run on the first day of the month at midnight, is running on the last day of the month at 11pm. This makes the birthdays/anniversaries of the month visible only during an hour at the end of the month. Also, the daily job is also running one-hour early.

Post migration, when pre-existing scheduled jobs are edited or new Jobs created, they will be based on the current UTC time zone. To ensure the tiles appear as expected, please follow the steps below:

1. Go to Provisioning > Manage Scheduled Jobs
2. Search for job type "Push Date of Birth and Anniversary Data for Cards on Latest Home Page (Monthly)
3. Cancel the job
4. Make a simple edition, enter the corresponding start date and submit the job

You may need to do the same with the Daily job.
