3545455 - Possible reasons for large gaps in SNUM for standard object ADRNR

Symptom

There are a couple of reasons of large gaps in the numbers for ADRNR: 
1. Too high buffer 
2. Bug during employee and BP sync
3. Bug by using test mode (synchronization from Customer/Vendor to BP happens in test mode it always generate the Address number from the productive number range ADRNR)
