3545490 - Price Agreement button does not work during Service Contract creation.

Symptom

  • The Price Agreement button is unresponsive during the creation of a service contract.
  • No error message or log entry is generated when the issue occurs.

Environment

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Reproducing the Issue

    1. Open the Manage Service Contracts application tile in SAP.

    2. Click Create and maintain the following entries:

      • Description: Enter a description.
      • Sold-to-Party: Select a customer from the available list.
    3. If the Partner Selection dialog box appears, select a contact person and proceed.

    4. Enter the following details in the contract header:

      • Contract Start: Set the desired start date (e.g., the first day of the current month).
      • Contract End: Set the desired end date (e.g., the same day in the following year).
    5. Navigate to the Items section and perform the following actions:

      • In the Product ID column, enter a valid product ID (e.g., SRV_01) and press Enter.
      • In the Quantity column, enter a valid quantity (e.g., 1) and press Enter.
    6. Navigate to the Price Agreement section.

    7. Click Add.

    Result: No action occurs when the Add button is clicked.

Cause

Missing Business Roles.

Resolution

Add Business Role CUSTOMER_SRVC_MGR to User.
