3545513 - Team View > When a user is searched, the “Needs Attention” and “Send Reminder” are gone

Learning user side, in the "Team View" area, when a user is searched, the “Needs Attention” and “Send Reminder” entries are gone.

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

1. Learning user side > ILX is on >
2. Go to Dashboards > Team View >
3. Without searching for any user, the "Needs Attention" and "Send Reminder" options are visible >
4. When a user who has both entries available is searched, both options disappear.

Our Learning Engineering team has finalized their work on the situation and the fix is targeted to be delivered with the 2505 Learning system version.
