Symptom
An inactive employee with status 'Reported No Show' is getting time accounts created for them during calendar runs and automatic account creation.
Environment
Product version: SAP SuccessFactors HCM Core 2405
Employee Central - Time Off > Time Accounts
Reproducing the Issue
Go to an employee's people profile. You note that;
1. They are inactive
2. Their employee status is 'Reported No Show'
You run an account creation calendar for a time account type and notice that the same employee's name appears in the list of users who had time accounts created as a result of the calendar run.
You expect that time accounts are not created for them, as they have been reported as a 'No Show'.
Cause
This is expected behaviour. Time account creation will occur for all employees except those who have an employee status of 'Terminated'.
Resolution
If you do not want time accounts to be created for an employee who is inactive but not terminated, you will need to remove the time data in the employee's job info for this job info slice.
