3545556 - External Code for RegionCode XX of Map Group YY could not be determined.

You get the following error on the FollowupDocumentCreationRequestFromServiceRequestCreationOut interface:

 "CM_MBF_OPA_TRANSF_DEF:An exception occurred.External code for RegionCode XX of Map Group YY could not be determined."

• SAP Cloud for Customer.

1. Go to the administrator work center > web message monitor.
2. Highlight the failed message and click on restart.
3. Click on refresh and see that the message has failed again.

The affected payload has a region code with no CountryCode maintained with it. Your code list mapping is either not maintained correctly to allow this or you don't have the correct country code in the maintained address.

Try and add the country code to the address that is failing and trigger the replication again.
