3545619 - Issue with Recurring Information for Benefit Integration - 2H2024

Symptom

The "recurring deduction for benefit integration" object is not created for employer contribution in the creation of benefit enrollment. 

Environment

  • SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite
  • SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Enroll into benefit selecting any coverage
  2. When going to manage data we are not able to find any recurring information for benefit integration for the user

Resolution

Our engineering team is planning to deploy a fix for this in December 3rd 2024.
