3545646 - Issue with Adding Multiple Attendees to Visits

Symptom

When use the Add Multiple Attendees to Visits function ,when searching the contact ,only the latest selected contact will be added to the visit. 

Environment

SAP Cloud for Customer

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Visits Work Center.
  2. Open a visit.
  3. Go to the attendees tab and click on "Add Multiple Attendees".
  4. Search for a contact with a specific ID and select it.
  5. Without clicking on "ok", search for another contact with a different ID and select it.
  6. Now click on "ok". Only the most recently selected contact will be added to the visit.

Resolution

This issue is a result of a current system limitation. When performing a new search in an OVS, the previously selected object will be cleared. To use the multiselect, customer should select attendees shown on each page. When search results on different pages, the multiselect will not work.
