Symptom

The 'Japan: EMC Data' fields are not found in the "Manage Business Partner Master Data" app.

Environment

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Resolution

  1. 'Japan: EMC Data' needs to be configured in the "Maintain Business Partner" app.
    Please refer to the help portal documentation Maintaining Electronic Monetary Claim ID for Supplier.
  2. Ensure to maintain the 'Bank Details' under the 'Payment Transaction' tab before maintaining the EMC Date.
