3545836 - Zip/Postal Code Validation in SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

Symptom

  • In "Add new employee" page a zip/postal code is validated when page is submitted.
  • This same validation does not occur in New Hire Data Review or Personal Data Collection pages when submitted with an incorrect format of zip/postal code.
  • Example of validation "You have entered an invalid postal code. Please enter a 6-8 character length postal code"
