3545984 - The system suggested next available Project ID is already present

While creating an enterprise project using the app 'Project Control - Enterprise Project' the system suggested next available Project ID is already present/created.

1. Go to the app 'Project Control - Enterprise Project'.
2. Attempt to create a new enterprise project.
3. The "Next Available ID" suggested by the system for Project ID is already created.

The system is designed to suggest a project ID that is in the 'Created' state as the "Next Available ID". This is because a project in the 'Created' state might be deleted in the future, making the project ID available again. This design leads the system to suggesting an project ID that is already in use.

Even if an existing project ID is selected, an error message will prevent further creation to avoid inconsistencies.
