3545990 - Delay in opening open doc reports from webtier

Symptom

  • While using the web tier host user is observing a delay in opening Web Intelligence report.
  • In the open doc web application logs we can see:
    WebiView.do shows that Tomcat tries to connect to the APS hosting the Auditing Proxy service multiple time which leads in a delay.
