3546010 - Initials on Avatar image - 2H Release

Symptom

There is an inconsistency with the Avatar image on the SuccessFactors page: the employee's initials (first name + last name or first name + middle name + last name) are not consistently displayed in the top-right corner. Before the release, the initials were always visible, but after the release, they are not appearing the initials only the silhouette
