- The external users are added to the dynamic group after a very long delay and due to this they are unable to login.
- When we manually run the HRIS sync Job the issue is fixed.
Environment

Cause
- The HRIS sync is automatically triggered after NHDR step which implicitly updates the user tables. This HRIS sync by default does not sync custom fields.
Resolution
- To allow custom field to sync we need to enable the toggle 'OBX_HrisSync_EnableSyncWithUserSave_1678420311'
