3546120 - Permission Group update delay for External Users

• The external users are added to the dynamic group after a very long delay and due to this they are unable to login. 
• When we manually run the HRIS sync Job the issue is fixed. 

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

• The HRIS sync is automatically triggered after NHDR step which implicitly updates the user tables. This HRIS sync by default does not sync custom fields.  

• To allow custom field to sync we need to enable the toggle switch from the backend with the help of operation team.
