3546120 - Delay in updating permission groups for external users - Onboarding

• External users are being added to the dynamic group only after a significant delay, which prevents login access.
• Running the HRIS sync job manually resolves the issue. 

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

The HRIS sync runs automatically after the NHDR step, which updates the user tables. By default, this sync does not include custom fields.

• To enable custom field syncing, the toggle needs to be turned on from the backend with assistance from the Operations team.
• Please reach out to the SAP Onboarding Support team to execute the required script.
