3546214 - The new Purchase Requisition version initiated in Guided Buying is not recorded in the Purchase Requisition History tab of the Ariba P2P system

Symptom

A user modified an ordered PR in Guided Buying by clicking the Change Request button, but this action did not create any logs in the history tab of the Purchase Requisition in Ariba Buying and Invoicing.
