3546296 - adjustNametab was executed with status ERROR during Refresh or Move Database Instance using SWPM

Symptom

During the Refresh or Move Database Instance process using SWPM, the SWPM stops in the NAMETAB check phase with the following error in sapinst_dev.log.

The step adjustNametab with step key |NW_ABAP_DB_DBRefresh|ind|ind|ind|ind|0|0|NW_ABAP_DB|ind|ind|ind|ind|0|0|NW_CreateDBandLoad|ind|ind|ind|ind|createdbandload|0|NW_Postload|ind|ind|ind|ind|postload|0|NW_Postload_HDB|ind|ind|ind|ind|hdb|0|adjustNametab was executed with status ERROR (Last error reported by the step: Execution of the command "<kernel path>/dipgntab -rwr40 -srctt DDNTT -srctf DDNTF -dsttt DDNTT -dsttf DDNTF -ttonly TT" finished with status TST_ERROR).

Additionally, the following Note has been checked, and it is not the same case.
