3546352 - How to use exchange rate Ratio in G/L Revaluation FAGL_FCV

Symptom

FAGL_FCV does not consider the exchange rate ratio as expected.

For example, in OB08, exchange rate saved as below:

Exchange Rate Type      From Currency           To Currency            Exchange  Rate             Date                          Exchange rate Ratio

  M                                      USD                   EUR                        0.6666                         01.01.2000                   1:1

Need program FAGL_FCV considers exchange rate ratio as 100:1, which exchange rate as 0.006666.
