How to create "Custom Prompt" under Generative AI Scenarios for "Email Drafter"

Cloud for Customer Version 2

Login to Tenant
Navigate to User Menu --> Settings
Search for Generative AI
Open Email Drafter
Here you can notice available prompt and option (+ Sign) to create custom prompt as well

Recently, SAP has given option to create "Custom Prompt" for Email Drafter scenario.

Click on "+" sign
Enter Prompt Name
Add Instructions as per use case
While writing instructions, you can use the field names from Dynamic Values as placeholders for providing input context to Generative AI.
This can enhance prompt generation. The maximum length allowed for instructions is 500 characters.

Currently this option is available in all Production Tenants.
Prerequiste to use this to have Gen AI Enabled in the tenant.
