3546362 - Missing Employment Details Portlet and Incorrect Contingent Worker Information

• The Employment Details portlet is missing for some employees, even though permissions are correctly set up.
• Transactions are missing from "Take Action"
• The affected employees appear as contingent workers in the org chart, even though "Contingent workers" feature is not activated in Manage Employee Central Settings

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (Employment Details)

1. Go to the employee's profile
2. Notice the missing Employment Details portlet and non-functional Take Action button.
3. Check Org Chart where the user reflects as contingent worker 

Improper usage of "is contingent worker" field. 

The field is enabled in Manage Business Configuration under EmploymentInfo section and it was set to "yes" for the affected users. 

1. Enable the Contingent Worker feature temporarily.
2. Import the Employment Details data again, setting the contingent worker field to 'false'.
3. Disable the Contingent Worker feature again.
4. Verify if the Employment Details portlet is now visible for the affected users.
5. If you do not wish to use Contingent Worker feature, you are not supposed to keep the field as enabled and grant users permission to edit this value as the modification of the field is the reason of the missing portlet and incorrect information in the org chart.
