3546416 - Team Size is shown as "0" in Org Chart even if the manager has direct reports

• In the Org Chart, some users who are managers with direct reports are displayed with a team size of "0".
• Some user's manager is not visible in Org Chart even if the manager is active and configured as manager in UDF.

SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite

1. Navigate to the Org Chart.
2. Search for the target user
3. Click on the user's quick card.
4. The team size is displayed as "0".

• The issue is caused because there are one or more inactive managers in the report line for that user. 
• For example, the user X with issue has a direct manager A, and manager A has a direct manager B, manager B has a direct manager C, and so on. The issue will happen to user X as long as anyone among manager A, B, C is inactive.

Please follow the below mentioned steps to resolve the issue:

1. Go to Employee export and export all users' UDF file.
2. Figure out the report line from the user with issue till the top manager (until the user who is set as NO_MANAGER).
3. Check whether there is anyone is inactive in the report line.
4. Change the inactive user to active or replace them with an active manager or NO_MANAGER
