3546591 - The old Event Reason name is picked up in My Workflow Requests tool

The old Event Reason name is picked up in My Workflow Requests tool.

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

1. Approvals Tile > View All
2. Workflow is showing the Event Reason Name correctly
3. Click 'View Complete List of Tasks'
4. Workflow is now showing the old Event Reason Name

The issue is caused by a cache issue. When there are multiple workflows with the same event reason but the event reason name changes, only one of them is cached. As a result, the later retrieval of the translated name for the event reason will always display the cached one. In simple terms, if you approve or withdraw the workflow, it will be displayed correctly.

The solution to this issue is currently under investigation by the Engineering Team.
