Symptom

The button "Overall Insight" is not available in the 360 form with enabled AI-Assisted Insights

SAP SuccessFactors 360 Multi-Rater

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Set the AI-Assisted Insights for 360 forms per the guide AI-Assisted Insights into Detailed 360 Report
  2. Launch the 360 form
  3. Complete evaluation of the 360 form
  4. Open the 360 Detailed report and navigate through different graphs
  5. Notice that "Overall Insight" button is not available

Cause

 The Summary section is not enabled in the 360 forms template

Resolution

This is per system design, when there is no Summary section in the 360 form template, the "Overall Insight" button is not displayed
