Plan cost is zero for certain component in event-based production order.

1. Navigate to the app "Order Costs Details - Event-Based" directly or from production order analysis.
2. Confirm plan cost is zero for certain component. 

'Item ID' field in the component overview of the production order is blank and the component is not included in the BOM of header material. 

Plan cost will not be generated for the component(s) which are not included in the BOM of header material.
