3546852 - "Group Hierarchy" in tcode BP is enabled unexpectedly

Symptom

When creating, changing, or displaying a vendor/customer in BP, the 'Group Hierarchy' button is enabled, it is supposed to be greyed out:

If the user clicks on it, the system triggers a short dump:
