User Picklist is covered by Recommend pop-up and cannot be selected after 2411 Release

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Learning 2411

Reproducing the Issue

1. Learning > Search for item > Click three dots "..." at the top-right side of the item to recommend

2. Recommend Pop-up appears > Search for the user

3. User picklist appears, but it's covered by the pop-up window and cannot be selected

Resolution
