Unable to SAML SSO logon to BILaunchpad or CMC page due to the following errors in springsaml.log.

WARN  MetadataGeneratorFilter:116 - Generated default entity base URL http://<hostname>:<port>/BOE based on values in the first server request. Please set property entityBaseURL on MetadataGenerator bean to fixate the value.
DEBUG KeyStoreCredentialResolver:190 - Building credential from keystore entry for entityID <hostname>, usage type UNSPECIFIED
