3546974 - Different behavior when creating a dependent through Edit and creating a dependent through Dependents History

When create new record from pencil icon, there is an "Edit Details" button to add more details.

However, when insert new record or Edit exsisting record in Dependent History, there is no such button.

This works by design.

So if edit more details is needed, please add new records from Pencil Icon.
