Symptom

  • In the SAP Process Intelligence environment, the "User name (change)" and "User name (creation)" columns display a long, unfamiliar code instead of the usual SAP user code.
  • This issue arises after the completion of the configuration and after the data is visible in the corresponding dashboards, sourced directly from Process Insights.
