SAP Knowledge Base Article - PreviewSymptom
When accessing a PDP in SmartEdit no product is displayed even though there's a Default Preview Product assigned to the website. In certain scenarios a "Not Found" page is displayed instead and in the logs a similar error message to below one can be found:
