After a field in the Purchase Order is updated, the Purchase Order is saved and approved, but no change output is triggered.

5. Verify the Output
6. No new change output generated

Missing configuration in Configuration Activity Fields Relevant to Printouts of Changes ID102272

In the Configuration Activity Fields Relevant to Printouts of Changes (ID102272), you can mark the fields that are relevant for triggering change outputs. After marking a field in the configuration, any changes made to that field in the Purchase Order will generate a change output.

There are predefined, hardcoded scenarios that are always considered print-relevant, regardless of configuration. These include:

• Creating a new item.
• Creating a new schedule line.
• Adding or deleting a partner in the Purchase Order's header partner tab (fields in the EKPA table cannot be configured as print-relevant).
• Change of PO text (Please check KBA 3610206 for text type details).
