3547300 - "Exclude Selected Members" Option Disabled in SAP Analytics Cloud from QRC4 2024

• The "Exclude selected members" option in Restricted Measures for SAP Analytics Cloud is found to be disabled
• This issue is observed while creating stories in Tables and Charts
• The behavior is observed from QRC4 2024

1. Create a new story in SAP Analytics Cloud.
2. Create a Table or Chart based on any Import Model.
3. Create a Restricted Measure based on any Dimension.
4. Attempt to set a restriction to exclude a member.
5. The "Exclude selected members" option is found to be disabled.

The issue is caused by a design change in SAP Analytics Cloud, where the "Exclude selected members" option has been deprecated in the New Member select dialogue.

Exclude option has been deprecated in the New Member select dialogue and hence it is greyed out in Filter member selector. 

For the existing migrated stories from CDE to ODE it is enabled and once the user is removed then the option will not be supported again.

The purpose of the change is to explicitly select the member user would like to display. Using Exclude Option, some unnecessary members might be displayed.

This is design change, in following phases, the Exclude Option will also be removed from UI.
