3547363 - Error Status 56 in the target system when transferring IDocs

Symptom

  • An issue arises during the ALE process of transferring data with IDocs
  • Outbound IDocs are generated from the source system with green status (status 03).
  • The inbound IDocs in the target system are created with error status 56 (EDI: Partner profile does not exist).
  • The error message is:
    EDI: Partner profile does not exist
    Message No. E0332
    Diagnosis
    A partner profile could not be found with the following key:
    This involves the key fields of the table EDPP1:
    -PARNUM  partner number
    -PARTYP  partner type
