When try to create support user through CAM, the error occurs as below:
"Image/data in this KBA is from SAP internal systems, sample data, or demo systems. Any resemblance to real data is purely coincidental."

Cause
"Set the Allow SAP support user creation setting to ON" is unenabled.
Resolution
Please ensure that "Set the Allow SAP support user creation setting to ON" is enabled. This can be found under system -> Administration -> System Configuration.
