3547390 - Unable to open task observations checklist in the New Learning Home Experience

The observer is unable to open the task observations in the New Learning Experience.

• When observer try to access using ''open observation' button, they encounter a validation error stating 'Please correct the following errors before proceeding: The checklist is no longer available for observation.'
• When observer try to access using 'Task observation request' title link, they encounter an error stating 'The Item is not in your Learning Plan or Library'.

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

• Step 1. Login to SuccessFactors BIZX
• Step 2. Access My Learning  (Enable New Learning Experience)
• Step 3. In the 'Request for Me' section, Open Observations-> Validation error occurs stating "Please correct the following errors before proceeding: The checklist is no longer available for observation"

This error is known, and identified as a bug. 

The Learning engineering team has corrected the backend code. The fix for this issue will be included in the upcoming b2505.2 release.
