3547392 - ABAP CDC extraction: Simulation run is still trying to fetch ALL data from source CDS

Symptom

A DTP was started with processing mode 'No Data Transfer; Delta Status in Source: Fetched', but the extraction job in the source S/4HANA system is still trying the fetch ALL data from the source CDS view. It behaves like an Initialization with Data transfer which's wrong.
