• Is there a way to trigger a welcome email or password reset email for candidates imported through provisioning job?

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Import candidates through the Provisioning job 'Candidate Import'.
2. The Recruiting Manual Candidate Creation Notification is not triggered for those candidates.

The Recruiting Manual Candidate Creation Notification will not be triggered for candidates imported through the Provisioning job.

The purpose of the legacy data migration is to import or transfer data from older or external systems during the implementation phase, rather than to trigger real-time notifications typically associated with new candidate creation.

The SuccessFactors system does not send welcome emails or password reset emails for candidates imported through the provisioning job. Please use alternative methods to send bulk emails to inform users about the system migration and guide them to log in to the new system.

To trigger the 'Recruiting Manual Candidate Creation Notification' from the SuccessFactors system, the following features can be utilized for the bulk creation of candidate profiles:

1. Add Candidate > Bulk Create Candidate from .CSV File
2. Add Candidate > Mass upload resumes
3. OData API
