3547416 - Filter with interval value which contains 'Not Assigned#' display issue in Bex Analyzer Filter

Symptom

An interval variable with the lower value 'Not assigned#' was not shown in Bex Analyzer filter info.

However, it works fine in case call the variable screen again and submit the variable values.
