SAP Knowledge Base Article - Preview

3547499 - 'JMX/Servers' node is missing for BOE in introscope Enterprise Manager due to ISAgent version 10.7 in use.

Symptom

The BOE system only has one application server, after Introscope Agent set up there is no servers node generated under JMX node.
Here is an sample for comparison:

The application server with JMX/Servers node:

The application server without servers node under JMX:

And the following message has been observed in Introscope Agent logs:

  • Warning: “11/07/24 07:52:08 JST [WARN] [IntroscopeAgent.Agent] JAR entry httpcorrelation.pbd failed validation: attempt to validate with public key failed”
  • Limited Metrics: “11/12/24 04:52:09 PM JST [INFO] [IntroscopeAgent.Agent] Number of current, live metrics=256”
