3547627 - Missing History Icon in Recurring Deduction Portlet - 2H 2024

Recurring Deduction portlet has no history icon when the employee is a future dated hire.

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Profile - Latest People Profile

1. Locate the future dated hire
2. Go to Compensation > Recurring Deduction > Add Recurring Deduction
3. Click on Save > "Your changes were successfully saved"
4. Recurring Deduction Portlet stays empty, history button is not available

• The issue is planned to be fixed via patch PTCH-45670 which is tentatively scheduled for 17th Dec 2024 in Preview and 19th Dec 2024 in Production environment.
• This KBA will be updated once the fix date is confirmed.

Workaround: Locate the added records via Manage Data > Recurring Deduction ("include inactive records" + set "search as of" date).
